St Patrick – The Apostle of Ireland, powerfully portrayed by Patrick Bergen! This movie is interesting in spite of all the special effects, but only God knows what his miracles really looked like. One thing is for certain; God’s true missionaries are hardly ever appreciated by the Ecclesiastical authorities who care most for power and finances through tax and tithes. God’s true shepherds are very different from the hirelings, most interested in the hire, whose own the sheep are NOT! The true shepherd lays down his life for the sheep. MUST WATCH! HAPPY 500th BIRTHDAY REFORMATION!
On October 31, 1917, 500 years ago, Martin Luther – the best Catholic in 1517 AD! – nailed his 95 thesis to the church door in Wittenberg Germany. Why? Because he was a protesting devil? No! Luther was the most conscientious Catholic at that time, who didn’t just want to flagellate himself into perfection doing penance for his sins, or polish monastery floors squeaky clean, but he was convicted by Scripture to want to make Catholic doctrine squeaky clean again by bringing it in harmony and unity with Scripture! “Here by the grace of God I stand, and I cannot do else!”
This is a scholarly presentation by quite a few historians dissecting Martin Luther’s revolution within Christendom. Must Watch! Continue reading “HAPPY 500th BIRTHDAY REFORMATION! Martin Luther the best Catholic on October 1517”
