LET THE LORD BE YOUR FIRST LOVE AND ALWAYS KEEP HIM IN THAT PLACE!

For Christ to be valued at all, He must be valued ABOVE all! You must seek first the King and His Kingdom!–And to seek first means foremost and above all!–Before everything else, above everything else, beyond everything else, and more than anything else! The FIRST place must belong to HIM!

The most important time you have to spend is with the Lord! To neglect your fellowship with the King of kings because you’re so busy with the affairs of the kingdom can be disastrous to your spiritual life and communion with the Lord! “Thou shalt have no other gods before Me.”–Not even His service!–Nor even lost souls! So it behooves you to give God a little time, and we should give Him some time every day!–Every single day!

But if you’ll just put the Lord first and delight yourself in Him most of all, then He can trust you with other things, because they will not come between you and the Lord. They will not supersede nor overshadow nor distract, but they will supplement and be a help and merely augment your service to Him!–And all things shall be added unto you by His power and His strength and His might and in His time!

David 299

YOU’LL NEVER KNOW THE TRUE POWER OF LOVE UNTIL YOU LEARN THE TRUE POWER OF SURRENDER!

We can only find fullness of faith when we are willing to yield our pride and our own will to the Lord. Like Jesus said in the Garden, “If it be Thy Will, let this cup pass from Me; nevertheless not My will, but THINE be done!” (Mat.26:39). He has to have our cooperation.

Submission is the first step. If we are unwilling to take this step, we won’t be able to go to other steps! We have to make the decision. He’ll do everything else for us–give us strength, wisdom, life, love. All that He asks is for us to commit ourselves. He likes for us to freely choose and yield to Him because we love Him.

Total love gives all! But if we give our all to Him, He gives His all to us! You can have peace and power that you’ve never known before–with Jesus–if you’ll just let Him control your life. Have faith in God’s love and yield yourself to Him in submission and humility and let Him empower you!

“Deep abiding joy fills all my life today!
There is a special reason why I love to pray!
There is an inner Wellspring deep within my soul:
Jesus, precious Jesus, has at last complete control!”

David 291

KEEP YOUR EYES ON JESUS!

So many people today say, “I’ll believe it when I see it!–Seeing is believing!” But that’s not the way faith works! To the Christian, believing is seeing! God wants us to trust Him and believe first of all and then we’ll see the answer. He puts us through that period of faith and believing and trusting to see if we really love Him and are willing to trust Him. He wants to see if we really have faith! He appreciates our faith to believe what we cannot see.

We can’t expect faith from God for our situation when we’re looking at the waves, looking at ourselves, looking at conditions instead of looking at God! Man says, “Tie up in port. Don’t attempt the impossible; you’ll sink!” God says, “Launch out into the deep! Cast forth your nets and I’ll give you such a draft there will not be room enough to hold it!” Man says, “Look at the condition of your vessel! You can’t do it!” God says, “Look at Me!” “With man it is impossible; with God, nothing shall be impossible, and all things are possible to him that believeth!”

“Keep your eyes on Jesus!
His promises avail!
Keep your eyes on Jesus!
His Word can never fail!”

David 280

GOD NEVER STOPS LOVING YOU!

What is God like? Some people picture Him as an angry God–an all-seeing eye carrying around a big stick ready to clobber them!–Or a cruel tyrant, some kind of a monster, who is trying to frighten everyone into Hell! But actually, He’s love! He’s a loving God who is trying to love everyone into Heaven! He’s so close, so intimate, so personal, so loving, so kind, so tender, so gentle, so concerned, and He’s waiting with open arms. The only reason He follows us around is that He’s hoping we’ll turn around and meet Him with open arms!

He never stops loving us no matter what we do. He never rejects us or withdraws His love. He always has hope for us no matter how far we’ve strayed. So if you feel far from God, maybe it’s because you haven’t opened your heart to receive His love and forgiveness! You need not continue to feel condemned for your mistakes and sins, only be sorry, ask for God’s forgiveness, and be forgiven! (Isa.1:18; 1John 1:9).

If you’ll even START God’s way, if you’ll just turn toward Him and start trying to find your way Home, the Father will come running toward you and receive you with open arms of love! (Luk.15:18-24).

WE MUST CLEAR AWAY MAN’S RUBBLE TO RE-DISCOVER THE TRUE FOUNDATION, BUILT ON THE ROCK, CHRIST JESUS!

Even though many people have the Bible and read it, they can’t see God’s true plan for their lives because they’ve been mentally conditioned by centuries of false teachers and their bad example, which is so contrary to the plan of true Christianity! The Plan has been lost under a heap of man’s own rubble!

The Plan is as good as it ever was, but we must sweep away all the fabrication of false interpretations and the traditions of man to uncover the basic Foundation and the real Plan. God Himself, the Master Builder, built the Foundation, but man covered it and buried it in his litter, so God has to take and use man and man’s tools for the sake of man to unbury His Foundation!

It takes an archaeologist who knows the difference between rubble and the genuine Foundation to uncover for you once again what the Bible really says and means, what Jesus taught, and how He really lived, and what He and the disciples were really trying to show by their example!

And once we’ve cleared away the rubble, we can build again on that Foundation.–“But let every man take heed how he builds thereon!” (1Cor.3:10).

ONLY THE LORD CAN KEEP YOU FAITHFUL!

Too many people think about “faithful” as being some kind of a works thing that they must work up. But faith is a gift of God. You just have to depend on the Lord to keep you faithful and trust Him that your faith won’t fail, because faith comes from Him.

And all you have to do if you don’t have enough faith is just hear the Word, read the Word, that’s the source of faith. You have to give Him a little cooperation, you have to listen, you have to read, you have to obey, but that’s the easy part. It’s His job to keep you faithful, full of faith which comes from Him!

So quit trying so hard! Quit worrying about it! Quit trying to work it up or even pray it down! Just keep trusting the Lord and don’t worry. He’ll give you all the faith you need!

“Now unto Him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy, to the only wise God our Savior,” commit your way, your life, your mind, your thoughts, your time! “For I know Whom I have believed, and am persuaded that He is able to keep that which I have committed unto Him against that day” (Jude 24,25; 2Ti.1:12).

PTL! Only He can do it!

Very Funny Atheist Soviet Jew’s Encounter With Jesus Christ

An amazing testimony of an Atheist Russian Jew supernatural encounter with Jesus Christ. He now uses his testimony to bring other Russian speaking Jews to Jesus Christ. He is so funny and cute.. he really made me laugh. You’ll love it! Hey atheist Jews! Listen to your lovely Ashkenazi brother! HA!

Deep Jewish girl saved by Jesus: Her Testimony.

“This is my personal testimony on how Jesus saved me. From being born and brought up Jewish to agnosticism, witchcraft, atheism, and demonic encounters. If Jesus reached out and saved me, he will do the same for you :0). All glory be to Yahweh!”

HE’S BETTER TO US THAN HE WAS TO HIMSELF!

“And Jesus saith unto him, the foxes have holes, and the birds of the air have nests; but the Son of man hath not where to lay his head” (Mat.8:20). Jesus never owned a home, He never had a family, and the only piece of property He had on Earth was His garment!
“It is enough that a disciple be as his Lord! … Having food and clothing, let us therewith be content” (Mat.10:25; 1Tim.6:8)–And yet look at what He’s given us besides that! All the rest are extras! Thank You, Lord!

The Lord is pretty smart! He loves us and He knows what’s good for us and what we need and what will be a help and a blessing and convenient and make us happy and comfortable. He’s pretty smart about that because He knows then we’ll work harder and be more appreciative and do a better job!

The Lord believes in happy employees. To Him, our happiness is worth more than money. He’s willing to let you have almost anything you want as long as you put Him first! Look how the Lord tries to make it easy for us to be good and serve Him! Delighting ourselves in Him, He gives us every desire of our heart! (Psa.37:4). Thank You, Lord!

THIS MAN DIED DURING SURGERY, MET GOD & ASKED HIM, “WHAT’S THE MEANING OF LIFE?”

Life is over before you know it! Are you ready for Him? Jesus loves you. A Near Death Experience.

“ABIDE IN ME, AND I IN YOU” (JN.15:4).

In the famous beautiful 15th Chapter of John Jesus says, “I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in Me, and I in Him, the same bringeth forth much fruit, for without Me ye can do nothing! If a man abide not in Me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned!” (Jn.15:5,6). If ever you, as a branch don’t abide in the Vine, don’t abide in Christ, don’t abide in His love, His Word, His service, then you will become unfruitful and withered and you will be cast forth as a branch!–Not lost, not unsaved, but cast aside as being no longer useful.

Without the flow of the Spirit there is no life. You must be firmly implanted in the Vine where you’re receiving the juice and the sap and the nourishment that you need directly from the Lord Himself.–And a lot of how you grow is up to you, by how much nourishment you receive! So don’t cut yourself off from the Vine!

He said, “Without Me ye can do nothing.” But if you are dwelling in the Vine, as one of the branches, then you can produce the beautiful leaves and the beautiful fruit that you need to produce so that He may be glorified and have much fruit!
