The Prophets (so-called) Have Got No Clothes On!!!

Paradise Intro: Jesus told us that you can tell true prophets by their fruits. What fruit? Other children of God, souls won, people loved, minds won for the Kingdom. Can you gather grapes from thorns? No! They hurt. And then there are many who are windbags with lots of books and CDs and fancy TV studios, often making loads of money. And the vague ones the author below describes that make you feel you are missing something because you follow the simplicity in Christ. True prophets never wanted to be prophets. They were called like, “Hey stop plowing and planting sycamore trees, but rather go tell my words to my disobedient people!” Ah Lord! Why ME!” Like Jonas! he preferred to swim over being God’s warning voice to Nineveh! Or there are prophets who don’t think they are prophets, but ploop! It comes out of their mouths without knowing why, as they are inspired to tell off the Americans from a heart of love for their poor massacred victims. And there are prophets who do the household chores and tell the kids and old men to take of their shoes please. I love the last ones. But the windbags? Nah, they don;t often even know their Bibles, and haven’t been through the wringer of an active sacrificial missionary life or service life to eleven kids or drug addicts in Hong Kong. THOSE are gold tried in the fire, like Jacky Pullinger, as just one example, as I don’t want to name names now like L.A.Marshallulli for example. Ha! God bless this writer who had got inspired like this. A humble prophet! GBH!

Simple Truth

When Jesus said, “I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see” (Revelation 3:18). What could He have possibly meant by this? In some ways the answer to what He meant is in the verse before this which says, “Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked.” Continue reading

A CRITIQUE ON: “6 differences between religion and spirituality”

The article points critiqued below by us appeared on various New Age websites, and we will take it to the woodshed. This is the main leading quote: ‘Religion is belief in someone else’s experience. Spirituality is having your own experience’ – Deepak Chopra

OUR TRANSLATION: “Faith in Jesus Christ is religion and out! New Age is real spirituality and IN! (Old hat!)  Chopra means to say that:

  • you have to experience your own spiritual universe by your own efforts.
  • instead of trusting & respecting your Creator, you ought to ignore or deny Him by producing your own righteousness by spiritual or self-religious works. IOW: Self worship rather than GOD worship!

“Telling people you are spiritual but not religious is often greeted with a confused face. People tend to think of spirituality as something very strange and mysterious. They even struggle to differentiate it from religion but this is only because people in modern-day society have a fear of being manipulated and have a lack of knowledge when it comes to non-material subjects. The truth of the matter is that spirituality is perhaps the most natural thing there is, it is simply your own conscious-self recognizing that you are more than just a body, that you are a soul with infinite potential.

OUR TRANSLATION: Lots of religious people — God worshippers! — still view and reject New Age as a deception &/or false doctrine, and rightly so, while the writer is trying to win souls for self-worship which opens the door for rebel angels & their cronies to access your heart and mind & spirit!
